Setting The Pace For The Year:

   As Individuals We can determine how the Year is going to be like from our adequate preparations, goals, objectives and resolutions we have made.
Here are a few useful things you can do in the month of January;

1.       Have a personal challenge – have a project that you want to embark on, and see to it that it is achieved. For example, Mark Zuckerberg (CEO Facebook)  challenges himself to do something new every year… No wonder he his successful!!

2.       Have a budget with discipline- It is quite impossible to go through the year without running a cost. So in order for you not to be under any financial pressure have a budget…and run that budget with a scale of preference,  that is discipline!

3.       Read Books- Ignorance is horrible thing  a person cannot afford to be in these fast changing and growing world. Be informed, Be aware and Be educated. Be informed about the happenings in your society be informed about the your Health and be informed about the upgrades in technology.. that way you are not left behind, that way the  year can go smoothly.

4.       Cultivate good habits and ethics – outline all your bad habits from last year and then begin to cultivate better habits.. that’s the only way to a better life. Examples of  good habits are:

-          Brushing your teeth  and bathing twice daily.
-          Avoid eating late night food
-          Washing your hands before and after eating
-          Environmental sanitation
…….and the list goes on and on…good habits leads to a healthy life, and it is very possible to stay healthy through out the year.

5.       Keep Good Company – the kind of friends you keep determines how far you go in life…they can make or mar you. If you want to have a productive year stay with productive people and you would definitely have a fruitful year.

  The month January is very important and valuable…make the most of it.
